We love chatting with our clients and up next in our ‘Catching up with our clients’ series is Daniel Parry.

Having rented out Daniel’s father’s properties for the past 10-12 years, there was only one estate agent for Daniel and we are now proud to let three of his properties.

Here’s Daniel to tell you more about his experience with us…

What made you choose Guildhall Sales & Lettings?

The reason I chose Guildhall Sales & Lettings to rent out my properties was through a recommendation from my father. He has been renting through them for 10-12 years now and has never had a problem.

What makes Guildhall Sales & Lettings different?

For me what makes them different to others is the communication, it’s regular and friendly, yet professional and it’s really, really swift. There is very, very little delay with Guildhall Sales & Lettings.

Who are your favourite members of the team?

It’s difficult to choose but if I had to, I’d have to say Gillian. I’ve known Gillian for quite a while, having been letting with Guildhall for some time now. We get on really well with Gillian, she’s very, very professional and friendly, but when it comes to the houses, she reads me before I need to give any instructions, she knows exactly what I want.

Which of our landlord packages do you currently use?

We use a bit of a mixed bag. We have two of our properties on the Ultimate Guaranteed Income Scheme and one property on the Elite Fully Managed Service.

In 20 seconds, tell us what benefits landlords have using Guildhall?

The benefits they bring to landlords is a reduction in hassle and paperwork. Prior to using Guildhall I used to have to do all that myself, so that’s a huge benefit.

They have a swathe of contractors that they can call on and can address problems with houses very, very quickly, which is difficult to do as an individual landlord. Since I moved to Guildhall Sales & Lettings, life has just been a whole lot easier.

What would you rate us out of 10?

I would give Guildhall Sales & Lettings a 10 out of 10… I don’t really have any reason to score them down.

Application form to be completed by all adults moving into the property and emailed with supporting documents to info@guildhalllettings.co.uk

You will need to provide 3 months payslips, proof of any other income, and a copy of your passport.

Once we have received the forms back they will be reviewed, and providing we have everything we need to successfully process the application, you will be asked to put a holding deposit down equivalent to 1 weeks rent. This will secure the property for you for up to 28 days. Your tenancy must be in a position to begin by the end of the 28 day holding period.

The holding deposit is deducted from the balance due upon check in.
